Terms & Conditions for Dermal Filler or Anti-wrinkle Offers:

1.       Bookings must be made in advance as we can't always accept walk-in customers. 

2.       All treatments are subject to our health assessment. Some treatments are unsuitable for some people. 

3.       To comply with AHPRA marketing regulations, product names, brand names and specific chemicals cannot be named in advertising. We are permitted to discuss this with you during your appointment. Please enquire for further details

4.       Cosmetic injection treatments cannot be pre-paid.

5.       Clients may require less or more anti-wrinkle or filler to treat the selected area and to achieve the desired result. No refunds or reduction in price will be allowed if a client purchases an offer or package but does not, or cannot safely, use all of the product in the package in one appointment.

6.       The amount of filler or anti-wrinkle treatment administered will be determined during consultation, and at the discretion of the Cosmetic Dr.

Terms & Conditions for Fat Freezing:

  3. If, during a consultation, it is advised that additional treatments are required for optimal results, these will be charged at full price, as published on our website

  4. The pricing may change at any time

  5. The number of treatments required will be determined at the discretion of the consulting practitioner

  6. This offer cannot be used with any other offer

  7. If the booking needs to be changed or cancelled, it must be done so no later than 24 hrs prior to your appointment, otherwise the fee will be forfeited.

 

Terms & Conditions for Gift cards:

1.      Voucher is only redeemable once the Dr has deemed the client suitable for the treatment.

2.      Bookings must be made in advance as we can't always accept walk-in customers. 

3.      All treatments are subject to our health assessment. Some treatments are unsuitable for some people. 

4.      If the treatment requires more money than the gift card amount, the additional amount must be covered by the client.

5.      The amount of product or treatment administered will be determined at the discretion of the prescribing healthcare professional.

6.      Gift card cannot be redeemed for cash, and unused value will not be refunded.

7.      Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer.

9.      When giving as a gift please ensure the recipient is aware of these T&Cs.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

  1. We require at least 24 hrs notice to be given for any appointment cancellation.

  2. In the case of pre-paid treatments, the full cost of treatment will be forfeited.

  3. Refunds will be provided where required under Australian Consumer Law

    Pre paid Treatments:

    1. If you pre paid for a treatment, you will save an amount according to the pre payment schedule. There is no refund on pre-pays and they are not transferable to other individuals.

    2. Pre-pays have a 12 month expiry date on them.

    3. 24 hours notice is required for any pre-paid appointment cancellations. If you cancel a pre-paid appointment within 24 hrs, or do not attend the appointment, the treatment will be forfeited.

    4. You agree to these terms by purchasing pre-paid treatments.
